At FrameVexa (accessible from FrameVexa.com), your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the measures we take to safeguard your personal data.
1. Image & Photo Processing Privacy
When you select or upload a photograph to customize a festive frame or poster, your original photograph is handled with strict privacy safeguards. We prioritize client-side in-browser processing, where your original photo is used temporarily in local memory to position, scale, and preview it within the chosen frame. Original uploaded photos are NOT permanently stored on our servers, nor saved to our database. Any temporary files created during processing or server-side rendering are strictly ephemeral and deleted immediately upon generation or failed request.
When you explicitly click "Download HD Poster", only the final, fully composed greeting containing your positioned image and frame artwork is saved in our secure server storage to facilitate delivery, verify download integrity, and maintain service logs. We do NOT extract facial biometric profiles, analyze facial geometry, or train artificial intelligence/machine learning models on your pictures.
2. Anonymous Server Logs & Metrics
Like most web services, FrameVexa records standard non-personally identifiable log information (such as browser type, operating system, referring URL, timestamp, and template download frequency) solely for capacity management, performance monitoring, and anti-abuse safeguards.
3. Cookies & Third-Party Advertising
We may display non-intrusive advertisements served through trusted partners such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other sites across the internet. You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings or opt out through Google's Ads Settings.
